Frequently Asked Questions
How do I make a character commission?
To order a commission, simply email me or make a purchase. Once you make the purchase, I'll reach out within 24 hours to learn more about your character(s).
If it's the right fit, I'll gather all the necessary details and get started. If I'm not comfortable with the request or think I can't fulfill it, I'll give you a full refund.
Most of my customers are actually first-time commissioners. Take a look through the reviews to get a general understanding of my process. Reach out anytime, and I'll respond to questions promptly.
How long does it take to complete a commission?
The typical turnaround time for a commission is about 7 business days to provide you with 2 variations of each character.
After you choose your preferred variation, I take around 2~3 more days to make any necessary adjustments and finalize the portrait.
Each character takes about a week to complete. For orders with multiple characters, please allow an additional week per character for completion.
Can I have multiple characters in a single portrait?
Absolutely! Just select how many characters you’d like to include, add them to your cart, and check out — it’s that simple.
Once your order is placed, we create each character individually, crafting two unique variations for each so you can choose the version that best captures their spirit. (~1 Week per character) After you’ve made your selections for each character, we bring the whole party together into a single, cohesive scene set against a background designed to enhance their story.
And here’s a little bonus for larger parties: if your portrait includes three or more characters, we’ll automatically include a custom background at no extra cost — perfect for showcasing your group’s epic setting.
Can I request revisions to my portrait?
Absolutely! Your satisfaction is important to me. After receiving the initial variations, you can request revisions to ensure the portrait meets your expectations.
I will work with you to make necessary adjustments before finalizing the piece.
Can I use the artwork commercially?
Yes, once the final portrait is completed, you have full rights to use the artwork in any commercial manner you see fit.
I understand the importance of having complete freedom over your commissioned piece, whether it's for personal branding, merchandising, or any other commercial use.
To ensure you're fully covered, I am more than willing to assist and sign any necessary documents that confirm your ownership and rights to the artwork.
Will my artwork be posted on your social media?
I reserve the right to share completed artwork on my social media platforms at my discretion.
However, if your piece is for an unreleased book, project, or anything that might be sensitive or spoil a release, please let me know in advance so I can avoid posting it.
If you prefer your artwork not to be shared on my socials for any reason, feel free to message me, and I’ll respect your request.
